12. Professional Service Engagements
12.1 Engagement Terms

12.2 Payment Terms
Architectural Stewardship:
- Month-to-month retainer structure

12.3 Cancellation and Refunds
For ongoing retainers (Architectural Stewardship):
- Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice
- No refunds for current period work already performed
- Pro-rated refunds for prepaid future periods not yet commenced

- Generally no refunds once program has commenced
- Refunds available before program start date minus administrative fee
12.4 Confidentiality
