Commercial Licensing

Commercial Licensing — AIVA Framework & Reporting

The AIVA framework and reporting methodology are proprietary intellectual property of AI Visibility Architecture Group Limited. Commercial licensing provides structured access for organisations that require rights beyond those permitted under the standard IP & Licensing terms.

Organisations using the AIVA framework solely for internal, non-commercial purposes may do so under the existing CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 terms without a commercial licence.

Frequently Asked Questions

QuestionAnswer

When does a commercial licence become necessary? When the AIVA framework or reporting methodology is used as part of a revenue-generating service, product feature, or commercial client engagement.
Can an organisation hold more than one licence type?Yes. An organisation that both delivers client services and uses AIVA internally may hold a Practice Licence and an Enterprise Licence concurrently.
