Intellectual Property & Licensing

Effective Date: January 2026

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, white papers, and documentation published on aivisibilityarchitects.com and cv4students.com, including but not limited to the AI Visibility Lifecycle™ framework and Signal Mesh Architecture™, are the exclusive intellectual property of AI Visibility Architecture Group Limited, a New Zealand registered limited company (Company Number: 9395521, NZBN: 9429053354075, Incorporated: 5 January 2026).

IP Assignment Note: All intellectual property, frameworks, and methodologies developed prior to 5 January 2026 by founder Bernard Lynch have been formally assigned to AI Visibility Architecture Group Limited upon incorporation. This ensures continuous ownership and protection of all IP assets from their original creation date through present day.

This includes:

  • The 11-stage AI Visibility Lifecycle™ framework
  • Signal Mesh Architecture™ methodology
  • All white papers, documentation, and research materials
  • Career guidance content and industry-specific materials
  • Website design, structure, and technical implementation

2. Architectural Use & Implementation Scope

AI visibility frameworks published by AI Visibility Architects document structural principles and system-level patterns identified through sustained experimentation and real-world implementation. They are not plug-and-play tactics, checklists, or guaranteed methods.

Effective implementation requires architectural reasoning, organizational and technical context, disciplined execution, and ongoing adaptation as AI discovery systems evolve. Outcomes described within this body of work are contingent on the quality of interpretation and implementation, not on mechanical replication of individual components.

Organizations or individuals applying these frameworks as isolated techniques, templates, or procedural shortcuts should not expect to reproduce the results documented in associated case studies or research outputs.
